Ideal For: Youth aged 18–26 across Canada
Are you passionate about youth mental health? Do you have lived experience with mental health challenges? Join Jack.org as a Jack Talks Speaker and help reduce stigma while supporting youth across Canada.
What’s Involved:
As a trained speaker, you’ll share your mental health journey with other young people through customizable presentations designed to educate, empower, and inspire. You’ll choose from formats that match your comfort level—from interactive, activity-based sessions to large-audience talks focused on personal storytelling.
What We’re Looking For:
Youth aged 18–26, based in Canada from Sept 2025 to June 2026
Passionate about mental health advocacy
Comfortable speaking to audiences and sharing personal stories
Available for up to 25 hours of training in July–August
Fluent in English and/or French
We especially welcome applicants from equity-deserving communities.
Bonus if you have:
Lived mental health experience (yours or a loved one’s)
Public speaking or facilitation experience
Willingness to travel (all expenses covered)
Why Join:
