Urgently Seeking Phone Volunteers!

Join CASASC's 24-Hour Help Line and offer vital support to individuals in need right from the comfort of your home. Volunteers provide crucial assistance to those affected by sexual violence, domestic violence, mental health issues, isolation, and loneliness.

Commitment: 8-24 hours per month for 6 months

Role Description:

Answer calls forwarded to your phone and provide support, information, and referrals.
Shifts available: 12am-8am, 8am-4pm, and 4pm-12am.
Must be compassionate, reliable, and supportive.
Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Clean criminal record check.
Ability to volunteer remotely from anywhere in Canada.
Training provided remotely with a flexible schedule.
