2-4 Hours Per Month | 1 Year Term

Ready to share your hard-earned business expertise and make a life-changing impact? Rise is seeking passionate volunteers to provide personalized mentorship to entrepreneurs building small businesses.

As a Rise Mentor, you'll be matched with a determined Rise client who has secured a small business loan. Over 12 months of monthly check-ins and ongoing support, you'll guide your mentee through crucial growth stages, providing tailored advice and encouragement to help them strengthen and scale their enterprise.

What You'll Do:

Leverage your skills in areas like e-commerce, digital marketing, finance, operations, and more to advise your mentee
Foster a supportive, collaborative relationship to empower your mentee's confidence and decision-making
Celebrate wins and problem-solve challenges together to drive tangible business improvements
Access ongoing training and resources from the Rise team to optimize your mentoring experience

Who they're Looking For:

- Professionals with 5+ years of work experience or 2+ years as an entrepreneur.
- Individuals passionate about supporting entrepreneurs with mental health/addiction challenges.
- Subject matter experts in key small business disciplines (e.g. accounting, sales, e-commerce).
- Remote-friendly mentors with a flexible schedule
