Are you living in or willing to go to Elmhurst? Gentiva Hospice is looking for volunteers, new or experienced, to visit patients in Chapters Living of Elmhurst (next to Elmhurst Hospital) or Elmhurst Extended Care. You will be assigned one patient to visit and hang out with, playing games, talking, watching movies/TV, coloring, listening to or playing music, or something else, until the patient is no longer on hospice. We are *very*flexible with visit times and can work with any schedule. Full training and support available. No experience necessary. Be a friend to a patient in need.
