Volunteer Opportunity: Product Manager or Developer Mentor

Cherry On Tech is seeking dedicated mentors to join the program and provide guidance and support to individuals from underrepresented genders in the tech industry. As a mentor, you'll play a crucial role in empowering marginalized communities by sharing your expertise and experience in roles such as Product Manager or Developer.

Mentor Criteria:

Belong to or identify with underrepresented genders, including but not limited to women, non-binary individuals, and transgender individuals.
Have relevant experience in the field of Product Management or Development.
Motivated to coach and mentor others, aiming to gain experience in this area.
Passionate about empowering marginalized communities.
As a mentor, you'll serve as a Fairy Mentor, working closely with a mentee from a tech squad throughout the program duration (March 16 - June 29, 2024). This commitment involves 2-3 hours per week, with a schedule based on your availability.

Important Dates:

1:1 session scheduling: March 2-14
Cohort Program: March 16-June 29
Welcome Party: Sunday, March 17 at 9 am PST
Final presentation: Saturday, June 22
