The Royal City Soccer Club (RCSC) is a non-profit community organization established in 1993. With over 3 decades of experience, we have provided a unique soccer camp experience for more than 300,000 children aged 5 to 13 years. Our camps are now the largest grassroots soccer camp in Canada, with over 100 locations across Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia. The success of our camps is attributed not only to our program structure but also to the exceptional volunteers and staff.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Assist staff with coaching and supervising children at camp
Equipment collection and maintenance (e.g., inflating soccer balls, collecting cones)
General assistance around the camp
Maintain a clean camp environment and help enforce safety protocols
Adhere to and assist in enforcing all camp policies
Qualities we're looking for:

Enjoys soccer and sporting activities
Excellent with children aged 5 to 13 years
Energetic and enthusiastic
Responsible and reliable
Requirements:

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old by the start of their camp week.
Those aged 16 or older may be eligible for a Counsellor in Training (CIT) or Camp Counsellor position.
Volunteers aged 18 or older must submit a police background check.
Volunteer Sessions:

Morning sessions (20 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm)
Afternoon sessions (20 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm)
Full-day sessions (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm)
