As a case monitor, you play a vital role in completing wellness checks for vulnerable adults under court-appointed guardianship. Your actions will contribute to preventing abuse and ensuring proper care and respect for these individuals. Guardian Partners, a non-profit organization, empowers volunteers to make a meaningful impact by providing education, resources, and oversight to disabled and senior communities under guardianship.

Volunteer Case Monitors receive thorough training, continuous staff support, and undergo background checks. You'll have the responsibility of meeting with the adults under guardianship in their homes, interviewing their guardians and other professionals, and providing comprehensive reports to the Probate Court. Your observations and recommendations can significantly impact the lives of vulnerable individuals.
