Description
Join us in supporting individuals on their path to recovery from eating disorders! Become a Recovery Mentor and be a guiding light for those in outpatient therapy.

ANAD (National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders) offers comprehensive training and guidance for all mentors. Volunteers commit to a six-month service period and undertake essential ANAD volunteer training. During this time, Recovery Mentors:

Provide weekly one-hour video or phone support to assigned mentees.
Share personal recovery stories when appropriate, offering encouragement.
Attend monthly supervision calls and actively participate in online discussions.
If you're passionate about making a difference and have experience in public speaking or meeting facilitation, this role is for you!
