For 22 years, Kyani School has been operating without a classroom or toilet. Even now, it continues to run without these essential facilities.

Students at Kyani School study under trees due to the absence of classrooms. This exposes them to extreme weather conditions and affects their academic performance, leading to discouragement and hindering progress. It also contributes to early marriages, lesson disruptions, and high dropout rates, perpetuating poverty.

Moreover, the absence of toilets puts both students and teachers at risk of diseases and intestinal worms. These harmful agents contaminate the land and water sources, causing illnesses, increased absenteeism, poor health, high dropout rates, and stunted growth among the children in the community.

Your donation directly supports the construction of 18 classrooms, 22 toilets, and 1 water point in Kyani School. These classrooms provide teachers and students with suitable spaces for teaching and learning. The toilets promote cleanliness, reducing the risk of diseases for students and teachers. The water point ensures access to clean and safe water free from water borne diseases and improved sanitation.
