Organization looking for an individual who can provide assistance to the Development Associate of the Oye Group. The main responsibility will be to help with grant writing and research tasks that will help fund the organization's programs and operations. This includes drafting proposals using templates from previous grant applicants and ensuring that grant applications are submitted on time by keeping the director on schedule.

The duties of the volunteer position include finding and sharing grants that will support Oye Group's operations, productions, and educational programming. The volunteer will also assist in creating first drafts of grant applications, collect information and data to support grant applications, and support the development department with other related tasks. Communication with other team members may be necessary, and check-ins with the development associate and general manager are required. Additionally, the volunteer must attend Devo Meetings on Wednesdays at 5:15-6 pm.
