Exciting news! The Spina Bifida Association of Northeastern New York (SBANYS) is hosting their annual gala fundraiser, Dare to Dream.

Dare to Dream is an unforgettable evening that includes a silent auction, live auction, musical entertainment, appetizers and hor dourves, cash bar, community recognition, and awareness program. All proceeds will go towards supporting SBANYS' mission of enhancing the lives of individuals with spina bifida and their families.

The Dare to Dream committee is responsible for the overall planning of the event, which includes selecting the venue, menu, musical entertainment, recognition and awareness programs, emcee, volunteers, marketing and publicity, and auction items. They also solicit donations to be used as auction items during the event.

In addition, the committee annually assesses the success of the event, reviews potential opportunities to maximize the success, and develops a plan to pursue those opportunities. They meet once a month annually for 1.5 hours a night and volunteer the day of and evening of the event.
