Become a Serenity Hospice Volunteer. Make a difference in someone's life! We are seeking compassionate, caring people who would like to become companionship volunteers for our hospice patients. The schedule is very flexible and training is provided. Examples of services that a Serenity Hospice Volunteer might provide to our patients are playing cards, listening to music together, reading a book/newspaper, writing a letter, helping make a photo collage, sharing memories and reminiscing, saying a prayer, providing vigil, being a friend, providing companionship, certified pet therapy and many more opportunities. We have Volunteer opportunities in Baldwinville, Braintree, Wrentham, Marlborough, North Quincy, West Peabody and Brockton. The last good thing that may happen in a person's life is a volunteer.
