Job Purpose:Dimensions.
The position is responsible for donor engagement, fundraising and proposal writing, and managing high values fundraising projects ,International partnerships development and mobilization of strategic resources to support CCDO program me .He/she will also oversees overall functioning of the sponsorship unit to ensure effective organizational performance in managing child links.
Duties:
In collaboration with Programme Officer ,you will :
.Lead the development of fundraising strategy inline with CCDO fundraising policy to meet the strategic requirements of CCDO and key staff.
.Provide advice on institutional donor requirements and private foundations including reporting timelines and expectations.
.Supporting proposal development through coordinating the establishment of proposal development working groups representatives from key departments within CCDO and ensure key action are delegated and timelines maintained.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Arts Humanities or diploma in community development
