The Connection Center Receptionist greets arriving visitors, answers and transfers calls, and completes need requests from people who contact the ministry for help and submits them to the appropriate mentor or supervisor in the Connection Center. The Receptionist also provides basic office assistance as a member of the Operations Support Team.
