TIME COMMITMENT

THE ASK: Five Percent (5%) of the Average Work Week = 2 hours per week

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (Annual Breakdown: From 52 Weeks in a Year)

KPI = 46 weeks x 2 hours per week = 92 hours per year
Monthly Breakdown: 4.33 weeks per month
KPI = 90 minutes per week x 4.33 weeks = 6 hours per month
Effective Time Management Breakdown
Weekly 1:1 Sessions = 15 minutes (mandatory) with CEO or Chief of Staff (46 of 52 weeks)
Weekly Project Assignment(s) = 75 minutes (However, on the week of our Monthly BOD Session: 75 minutes minus 60 minutes = 15 minutes)
