One of the primary challenges in bringing the Good News to children, teens, and young people who have never been introduced to the hope of Christ is that many of these young people live in areas where missionaries cannot go.

In three short years its founding of Youth Bible Study Centres Project under Book Of Life (BOL) it has played a major role in the transformation of Youths from rural and urban areas with too many unproductive, unsupervised, uncounselled youths with too much time to get into troubles because there is no one providing these Youths with valuable structured program that promote positive values, biblical values, healthy habits and education. Many young people dropped out from schools, unwanted pregnancies, smoking, petty theft, robbery, contracting Sexual Transmitted Infections, alcohol and drug abuse and abortion. Through Youth Bible Study Centres Project many Youths are now renewed and awakening and they have passion for God, abounding joy in the Lord, regular commitment to fasting, hunger for Bible reading, abstenance, regular pattern of confessing sins and repentance, love their parents and education, and more focus in prayers and in education.

Youth Bible Study Centres Program are now operated as an adjunct strategy where Bible studies, reciting of Bible Verses, Bible story telling, singing of choruses, life skills, peer education, moral guidance and counselling, sports and development skills. The Program is after _school program that targets elementary _age and those in secondary schools by developing healthy relationships sharing biblical truth, playing games and ultimately being a part of brining life change through mentorship and life _on_life investments.

Our local Volunteers provide children, teens and young people with positive role models, encourage youths to break out the destructive cycles that surround them and help them live in their full potential.

Youth Bible Study Centres Project offers a range of high quality programmes in communities enhancing the Youth in local activities and ensure youths and Young people have skills and support they need to succeed.

PROJECT LOCATION
There are several locations where volunteers will join our Local Volunteers in rural villages and sometimes will be working in outreach Teams to help the lost Souls in remote communities and in our Youth Bible Study Centres.

PROGRAM COST
Program Cost to cover up accommodation, meals, program work, 24hrs support and Airport pick is 135 dollar per week and for Four Weeks it is 540 dollar.

ORIENTATION
Orientation and Placement will be done a day after your arrival. This will be an overview of project activities, mission, expectations and introducing you to Executive Committee.

ACCOMMODATION
Volunteers will be provided accommodation in a Volunteer house or in a homestay accommodation managed by Local Coordinating Team of Book Of Life. Meals will be served for three times per day such as breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Sunday.

ARRIVAL AT AIRPORT
Our nearest International Airport is Chileka International Airport and you will meet a Coordinator from Book Of Life on your arrival at Chileka International Airport or Kamuzu International Airport and take you to the Volunteer guest house or host family which will be your Base for volunteering.
