We are looking for a training program developer, who is passionate about developing educational training programs which can help change the trajectory of someone’s life.

Volunteer Description: We are looking for volunteers who can help us develop our work readiness program. This program aims to teach and support individuals as they learn soft skills and project management skills. The individuals who go through this program will then implement what they have learned into their local community.

Responsibilities:

Understand the mission and vision and values of Refined and Refreshed Inc.
Assist with planning and coordination for the work readiness program.
Support program growth and development as necessary.
Create workshop training material using PowerPoint or Google Slides
Coordinate relationships between staff, clients, administrators, and all other program stakeholders.
Attend program related meetings.
Create and maintain program records, presentations, and proposals.
Manage marketing and communications relating to the program.
Duration:

Time commitment of 4-6 months
At least 10-15 hrs. per month.
Requirements:

Able to commit to the duration of the time commitment.
Displays the ability to communicate with others effectively, listen closely and convey points clearly.
Shows proficiency with computer programs which may include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and others.
