Volunteer Coordinator- Remote/Online position

Due to the expansion of our online presence with our Kidneys Quest Foundation-Resource Center, we are adding online helplines, workshops, and programs, and as we do, we are adding a growing number of volunteers. We need someone to keep the ball rolling. We have many volunteers lined up and established but the number is growing and we need help supporting these individuals.

The Volunteer Coordinator oversees remote/online volunteer activities. As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will coordinate all volunteer activities which include:

Recruitment
Onboarding new volunteers
Evaluate volunteer performance
Provide Zoom support to discussion leaders
Remote/online training and orientation of volunteers
Attend additional training, which is consistent with the specific tasks that the Volunteer Coordinator performs
Communicate with team members
