The Volunteer Coordinator's responsibilities are:
Volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision.
Keeping a database up-to-date with volunteer information and availability.
Making use of outreach programs, emails, and volunteer databases.
Informing new and existing volunteers about volunteer opportunities.
Assigning volunteers to opportunities that match their skills, and making sure they know their responsibilities and get proper training.
Organising and leading training sessions.
Tracking volunteer time.
