Description
Be a compassionate advocate for an elderly person living in a group or nursing home by serving as a court appointed Guardian in our Guardian Assistance Program. The elderly person is unable to make informed decisions due to mental impairment and has no family or friends to help them. As a court appointed Guardian, you would: Provide the comfort of human contact on health and well being. Make decisions, including medical, in person's best interest. Advocate for person's needs. Attend educational meetings. Complete quarterly reports for GAP and forms required for Probate Court.
