The magic begins as the little girls, dressed up in their finest attire, wait anxiously for the doors to open and the beautifully decorated ballroom to be revealed. The air is electrified with giddy chatter and exclamations of awe as all the princesses take in their surroundings and proceed to enjoy an enchanted evening with their very own Prince Charming! Dads, stepdads, uncles, and grandpas partake in a fairy-tale night with their little sweethearts, enjoying dinner, desserts, activities, dancing and the famous candy buffet!

This is an absolutely heartwarming event, and one our volunteers love being a part of. It is a night filled with dad and daughter's special moments, fun activities, and many laughs.

Open to all volunteers – transportation to and from the event is your responsibility, but parking is free.

Proceeds raised from the event support The Rainbow Society of Alberta; granting wishes for children battling a life-threatening or severe chronic medical illness. For a child who's sick, having a wish come true can be the catalyst to help them feel better emotionally and physically, giving them increased strength and courage to cope with or fight against their illness and the daily challenges it brings.
