Our leagues are based on fairness, fun and competition. Our goal is to teach players the game and compete to their fullest potential. We believe in hard work and fun. Here at My 5 Against Your 5 you will be coached and trained by elite coaching staff. We are confident that all players can achieve his/her own maximum potential while maintaining excellent character and integrity.
We are not just a program that runs leagues, we are a program that builds relationships and creates memories for the player and family. We focus on individual player development as well as team concepts. My 5 Against Your 5 is dedicated to empowering athletes by teaching them to lead, listen, communicate, and make smart decisions.
OUR MISSION
To improve athletes by delivering premier training and development services that drive athletes to become empowered pillars of our communities.
OUR VISION
To be the preferred premier basketball training and development provider in the Charlotte area.
OUR GOAL To provide athletes with a year round opportunity to develop advanced fundamental basketball skills and to grow into accomplished, self-confident and action oriented individuals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are in need of a couple of Administrative Volunteers. The positions are fully remote and days/hours are flexible.
Volunteers Will:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Make calls, take messages
Research companies for fundraising opportunities
Check voice messages
Volunteers Should Be:
Friendly, with a positive attitude
Detail-oriented (quality and precision-focused)
People-oriented (supportive and fairness-focused)
Team-oriented (cooperative and collaborative)
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel - proficient in internet browsing
Adaptable/flexible - enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction
