Title: Volunteer Program Coordinator

About us: Strategies Enrichment And Learning S.E.A.L. is a nonprofit organization based in New York, which provides therapeutic enrichment programs to children.

Coordinator will offer administrative support by:

? Posting up flyers

? Conduction Interviews (management)

? Collect paperwork and process paperwork

? Training of some new staff (management)

? Check ins with staff, watching programs/classes, taking notes, and giving feedback.

Role/Job description:

We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator for one of our programs and to support the Director. This is a virtual role, can be done remotely, and it is an entry-level position.

Essential functions:

Recruits staff and builds effective, supportive working relationships with them. Provide

administrative support Maintains paperwork in an organized fashion (staff documents, records, evaluations).


Commitment: minimum of 2 hours per week.

6 month commitment

Starts October 2021


Qualifications:

College or graduate student, studying human resources, management, or other related fields.

People skills
