Our hospice is looking for friendly volunteers to provide companionship & socialization to our patients who live at home in Chatham & surrounding counties. Some caregivers of patients could also use a break to run errands for an hour or 2 - we also need volunteers for this. Volunteers must wear PPE during visits and will be provided basic PPE if they don't have their own. Volunteers also must socially distance during visits. Covid-19 has left many of our patients in need of friendly interactions - please come make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve!
