This is a remote position that can be done anywhere in the US. We are looking for 3-4 people to lead and initiate regionally-focused expansion of Bridging Tech’s impact. Cultivate relationships with local organizations and shelters, host local technology drives, manage technology shipments to local shelters, and oversee the creation of local social media accounts and publicity. The Bridging Tech Charitable Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity with a mission to bridge the digital divide for K-12 students affected by homelessness in the United States by providing educational opportunities and technology. Particularly during the current crises of racial bias coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic, getting online devices to the millions of kids who do not have access to an educational device at home is critical to reduce the systemic inequity prevalent in our society.
