Proven experience as treasurer, finance/CPA or in a relevant financial role.

Financing methods & techniques.
Financial management software.
Good with numbers & figures.
Board Member Function:
General financial oversight.
Funding, fundraising and sales.
Financial planning, budgeting & controls.
Financial reporting & taxation processes/filing.
Banking, book keeping and record keeping.
Control of fixed assets and stock.
Building financial relationships.
Financial knowledge of non-profit/for profit organization.
Personal commitment to devote the time necessary to perform the responsibilities of Treasurer/financial chief.
