The Yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh is the confluence of traditions and modernity. Situated on the foothills of the majestic Himalayas, the town is a delightful amalgam of spiritual and adrenaline-pumping experiences. The participants will explore the great city, interact with the locals and try to muster in all the beautiful experiences they have. A one-day visit to Pahadi Gaon will also be arranged where the participants will scout and explore the nearby villages. Along with volunteering work to make a difference in the society, a range of exhilarating activities like, white water rafting, trekking will also be planned. The team will also partake in a 3-day basic yoga workshop for the necessary mindfulness and calm needed.
