Be the first point of contact for members and visitors at the Senior Wellness Program. Help establish a warm, comfortable and welcoming environment through great customer service. You will be asked to provide program information to the public and help address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Great volunteer opportunity for outgoing and engaging volunteers.

You will:
Provide customer service (in person or on the phone)     
Create a welcoming and comfortable environment        
Monitor participant and environment for safety
Help keep program space neat and tidy
