The Front Desk Reception position is the first point of contact with the Canadian Cancer Society, whether by telephone, general e-mail inquiry or personal office visit. The volunteer creates a warm and professional reception service and provides friendly, timely and compassionate customer service as they assist visitors and clients with the wig bank program.

A volunteer opportunity to hone or keep on top of your office skills such as Outlook, learn a new soft ware program (Raisers Edge), gain great experience in customer service and Canadian office experience.
