Maison Chance is a springboard for orphans, street children, disadvantaged people and people with disabilities in Vietnam. We provide housing, healthcare, education and vocational training, and a place where the under-privileged children and the disabled can study and work, facilitating their rehabilitation and reinsertion into social life. You could say that the saying "Give A Man A Fish, Feed Him for A Day. Teach A Man to Fish, Feed Him for A Lifetime" is practiced here at Maison Chance every day!

At least 90% of our annual budget is spent directly on project developments that benefit our beneficiaries. In Ho Chi Minh City, Maison Chance has three centers, and in 2018 we opened the forth center in the province ??k Nông, altogether serving more than 600 beneficiaries today. While Maison Chance's ambition of helping the local community keeps growing, so does our cost. Volunteer with us today if you want to make a real impact through creating something transformative!

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Secure donations and/or sponsorships for Maison Chance through various channels of fundraising.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research and design donation campaigns to collect funds in Ho Chi Minh City
• Design promotional materials to increase awareness of Maison Chance and promote our fundraising events
• Approach individuals, local authorities, shops and organizations and secure sponsorships and donations
• Develop a fundraising plan and/or event calendar with the local team
• Develop or add on to a playbook or volunteer guide for future fundraisers or local staff to help continuation of fundraising efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
• Enjoys engaging with the public
• Has a high level of integrity
• Self-driven work ethic. You should be able to work independently, enjoy taking initiative and seeing things through to completion
