Write cards to the elderly! Lots of seniors feel lonely and isolated, especially in nursing homes. You can change that from your home, school, or even workplace... simply by writing some positive, uplifting words anonymously to an elderly person in need.

A couple quick rules!
Do NOT:
-write the date in your cards (although making them themed around a particular holiday is perfectly acceptable).
-include religious symbols or quotes.
DO:
-make your cards creative and fun!
