Celestial Manna is a faith-based 501(c)(3) food recovery non-profit, and they are currently in search of an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team of dedicated volunteers. This role will be carried out remotely and is designed to provide essential support to the Founder and Executive Director.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant at Celestial Manna, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including:
Retrieving and organizing email communications.
Managing and organizing Google calendars.
Collaborating closely with the Operations team to compile lists of volunteers and congregations.
Handling ad-hoc projects as needed, contributing to the organization's mission.
