The Programs Evening Meetings Director leads a team, organizes and hosts online events
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with VP to develop an annual meeting plan
Creating zoom events, adding meetings to the website
Submitting PDUs
Updating PP for the events
Emailing a reminder to participants before the event
Sending a deck (and a recording) to attendees after the event
Meeting schedule: once a month, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm PST
