We need your help! Our program volunteers support the programs and projects of Connected to Culture (C2C) and helps the organization reach its goals. As a program manager, your responsibilities include maintaining the quality of C2C's projects and overseeing the budget, staff/interns and program participants.

Come C2C - African culture inspires art, music, food, and more in neighborhoods across Washington, DC. Join us as we explore the District and discover pieces of The Motherland in the Diaspora.
Each One, Teach One - Collaboration encourages conversations about the creative process and an exchange of knowledge. We work with arts and culture leaders to connect school-aged creatives in Washington DC with their West African peers virtually to learn new digital tools from industry experts, create joint projects and foster an understanding of new cultures.
The program volunteer duties
Assist Program Managers and coordinators with C2C programs to ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
Conduct interviews, focus groups, quantitative research, etc to support C2C programs and projects.
Develop digital communications for C2C’s website, email, social media and podcast platforms.
Participate in weekly all-group meetings/trainings (2 hours per week) and weekly individual check-ins (3 hours of per week)
