Volunteering with the Canadian Cancer Society is a great opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life while fulfilling your own. By joining our team, you will help us continue to lead the fight against all cancers and give hope to people living with the disease.

The Daffodil Campaign is a month long event in April when Canadians unite in wearing the Daffodil pin or purchasing fresh cut daffodils to show support for people living with cancer and remember loved ones ultimately taken by the disease. Funds raised through the Daffodil Campaign will make a difference in the lives of people living with cancer by helping to build community awareness for cancer research, cancer prevention, and support for the Society’s programs and services.

During Daffodil Month, the Society proudly sells fresh daffodil flowers and our yellow daffodil pin. Share this symbol of hope with others in your community by volunteering for daffodil pin and flower sales.

We are in need of Flower Sales and Pin Sales volunteers in the following locations:

St. Albert Centre (375 St Albert Trail, St Albert, AB)

• Friday April 1, 2016 – 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (2 volunteers)
• Friday April 1, 2016 – 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm (2 volunteers)
• Saturday April 2, 2016 – 10:00 am – 1:00 pm (2 volunteers)
• Saturday April 2, 2016 – 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (2 volunteers)
• Sunday April 3, 2016 – 12:00 pm – 4:00pm (2 volunteers)

There are also many other locations in Edmonton and Area that are in need of volunteers!
