ConnerStrong Foundation has an immediate need for a Digital & Social Media Coordinator. This role is responsible for cultivating a social media following and promote the foundation’s mission. The role will use posts, comments and replies to engage with the community and develop a relatable voice.

Create content and study which aspects of campaigns result in the highest engagement and conversions.
Monitor online posts and mediate any negative information.
Collect and share positive testimonials with current following to strengthen relationships.
Maintain social media platforms with consistent messaging and cadence
Requirements

Degree, education or experience in internet marketing, public relations, journalism or related field.
Proficiency in non-profit or business use of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Development and execution of social media schedule. campaign & content.
Knowledge of mental health & suicide prevention messaging is a plus.
Expertise in live streaming, video posting, social media images.
Must be able to pass a background check
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
