Best Friends Animal Society strives for strategic, innovative and collaborative volunteer engagement across all areas of our organization. Volunteers are playing a key role in helping to end the killing of cats and dogs in America’s shelters by 2025, and a positive volunteer experience sets the stage for continued engagement as we work together to Save Them All.

The Culture Council Volunteer Engagement Liaison will attend meetings with the People Experience Council in order to familiarize themselves with our diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) objectives and provide thoughts and insight into how we can diversify the Best Friends volunteer experience and make it more inclusive and welcoming to all.
