Inclusive, diverse, and supportive communities of practice help students and aspiring entrepreneurs unlock their full potential. 3DS engages 100+ volunteers annually to assist in supporting participants and building community for new majority entrepreneurs. There are several ways our volunteers contribute to our work and ensure we advance the mission of 3DS:
3DS Mentors represent a wide variety of geographies, social identities, sectors, and professional expertise. Mentors leverage their professional experience, leadership, and social capital to support participants in their careers as well as guiding them through the process of turning their ideas into sustainable ventures. 3DS mentors can engage in one time, short term, and long term programs based on their preference and availability.
