Project Outline:

CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.

Role:
Service Learning Process Manager will track volunteer learning goals and evaluate whether they are achieving them.
This is an unpaid volunteer position.

Responsibilities:
Analyze the volunteer learning goals and contribute to operational excellence by optimizing, identifying and recommending methods to streamline processes
Assess volunteer learning needs through surveys and interviews.
Partner with the HR team to create innovative approaches in support of skill growth and long term career development.
Researches best practices and trends to make recommendations on organization learning and development initiatives.
Conducting thorough needs and gap analyses in skills, audience, organization, etc.

Skills:
Solid understanding of talent management, interactive mythology, team engagement, leadership development.
Strong consulting skills with ability to communicate and influence with volunteers in different departments.
Strong project management skills – design, fine-tune, and make recommendation to existing and new solutions.
Strong facilitation skills and Team player.
Excellent communicator in both verbal, written and presentation.
Experience or strong knowledge in managing learning programs and solutions.
