Tasks
1. Work with data analytics to identify opportunities that will have high impact on user experience
2. Identify and prioritize high impact questions/ideas/opinions/suggestions
3. Drive ideation sessions with stakeholders
4. Come up with simple approaches and analyze data and refine solutions
