Role Summary
Should have a strong domain knowledge of lending especially for affordable houses and be able to provide inputs on being a competitive lender amongst other blockchain competitors. Should have knowledge on blockchain or cryptocurrency. Interest towards financial services and economic development.

Tasks
1. Should be able to coordinate with Fund administrator to maintain internal books and records
2. Should be able to maintain loan origination systems
3. Calculate and process fees and other payments
4. Annual financial statement audit process and related tax statement preparation
5. Functional responsibilities including corporate accounting and compliance

Skills
• 1. Background in fund accounting
• 2. Excel skills
• 2. Loan origination, trade settlements, money movement, transaction processing, bank account and trade reconciliations
• 3. Financial statement/budget preparation
